order to create resources to maintain Bilkent University developing
and sustaining its existence;
We will proceed on our activities with the view of;
Providing educational opportunities for all our employees and office
workers and ensuring their conscious
participation into the system, aiming at constant refinement on the
topics of Occupational Safety and Environment,
While realizing the projects, trying to take necessary measures to
preserve natural resources, decrease the waste
amounts to the minimum level, avoid the air, soil and water pollution
and increase the extent of recycling process,
Complying completely with the presently effective national, international
laws, rules, regulations and codifications
and with the conditions of organizations as a current member,
Following the developments in the technologies of Occupational Safety
& Environment and utilizing the most
appropriate and safe technology for nature in its activities and developing
continuously,
Believing in the prevention of occupational and environmental accidents,
trying to reach the target of
"zero accident and occupational disease" through the participation
of all employees and in pursuance of
eliminating the risks at the source.
