The scope of work is design and construction of New Sulaimani Satate University Campus at Sulaimani-
Qilyasan-Iraq. Employer is Ministry of Higher Education. Project is planned to be completed in 2010 with a
contract value of $258.950. Total covered area is 360.000 m2. The main task of the project is to construct
one of the leading universities of the region fullfilling all contemporary needs of a modern university campus.
The project will bring the region a new vision when completed.

The proposed structure of the university and the number of students are as follows; College of Science
(2800), College of Engineering (2600), College of Computer Engineering (1540), College of Languages (2400),
College of Humanities (2660), College of Law & Political Sciences (1800), College of Economics & Business
Administration (2200), College of Fine Arts (600), College of Physical Education (400), College of Teachers
(2000). The total number of students is estimated as 20.000.
